From growing up in an immigrant family, from sub-saharan Africa to rural Canada, I've made my way to the halls of Harvard, advised executives with McKinsey and built products used by millions at Google.   Then I left - I moved countries and changed jobs to something completely different.  I decided to optimize for different things than I did in my 20s and early 30s.  I've learned a lot in the process, and want to put it to use to help you.

My approach includes an understanding of each individual, examining what drives each person, and various exercises so individuals can gain clarity on how to progress in their career.  What I offer is a deep understanding of corporate jobs, big tech companies, as well as startups - so you don't have to explain any of that!  I also understand the social pressures and the thought cycles that keep people in lives and jobs that no longer serve them.
